- Check and/or edit the services for autostart.

Messenger
- This service allows a workstation to send and receive
network messages.

Alerter
- This service sends a message to a list of users and
notifies the Generic Alerter service when certain network problems are detected
or anticipated.

Netrun
- This service allows servers to handle requests to run
programs remotely.

Replicator
- This service copies subdirectories from one server to
another server or requester. This allows information to be maintained
simultaneously on two or more workstations.

Netlogon
- This service copies the master database of user and
group definition files from the domain controller to network servers. It is
available only on workstations that are configured as servers.

Timesource Support
This service designates a server as a reliable source for time and date with
which other workstations on the network can synchronize. Timesource does not
keep time. It allows other workstations on the network to identify a server
with a reliable clock.

Error Logging Services
This service is for logging all server related events.

Generic alerter
This service allows a server to build and send Systems Network Architecture
(SNA) alerts to the IBM LAN Network Manager or IBM LAN NetView products. The
Alerter service notifies this service when certain LAN problems occur.

Remote Boot Service (RIPL)
This service provides the Server service with support for
remote initial program load (IPL) of workstations.

Services
