You will need an Intel-based IBM-compatible Personal
Computer with the components described in Table 1.

The CD-ROM drive is not really needed if you install through the network. However, in this documentation we assume that you are doing an installation from CD-ROM.
In addition, you should plan to add enough memory to prevent the server from swapping unnecessarily. You can get the memory requirements for each of the components from Table 2.
OS/2 Warp 4 provides functionality that performs well on a client
workstation, but is not really required on a server. Please select only those
components of Warp 4 that you think you will need on the server. For example,
there is no need to install VoiceType on a server system.
