Juergen Friedrichs is an Advisory Software Engineer at the International Technical Support Organization, Austin Center. He writes extensively and teaches IBM classes worldwide on all areas of OS/2 Network Computing Solutions. Before joining the ITSO, Juergen worked for 4 years in Technical Marketing Support for OS/2, Warp Server and TCP/IP for OS/2 in Germany.
Christopher Intsiful is an OS/2 system engineer and Certified Warp Engineer at IBM Germany in Munich. He is involved in the problem management of a large OS/2 customer. His previous experience includes several projects in the OS/2 and LAN Server field, and working as a LAN administrator.
Stefan Kreis is a software specialist and Certified IBM LAN Server Engineer at IBM Germany in Mainz. He has six years of experience in LAN and the LAN Server field. He has worked at IBM for sixteen years. His areas of expertise includes desktop and server machines, DOS and OS/2, and defect and non-defect support.
Lucia Ronzoni is an Information Technology specialist at IBM Italy.
She has five years of experience in networking and communication software. Her
areas of expertise include OS/2 and OS/2 related products such as Communication
Manager/2 and LAN Server.
